Information submitted through the inquiry form is stored in the website's hosted database together with a reference number, submission language, source page and consent time. The form does not intentionally collect an IP address or browser fingerprint.
How it is used
Information is used to assess fit, run conflict and administrative checks, respond, prepare a proposed scope and maintain reasonable business records.
Sensitive material
Do not send complete unpublished inventions, passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or unrelated personal records through the initial inquiry.
Sharing
Matter information may be shared only with the appropriate group entity or professional needed to evaluate or perform the requested China IP service, subject to the agreed engagement and applicable duties.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used. Retention depends on inquiry, conflict, engagement and legal-record needs.
