Privacy Notice
This notice explains how initial inquiry information, advertising and analytics data, and security data are collected and used.
Submission and storage
Information submitted through the inquiry form is stored in the website's hosted database together with a reference number, submission language, source page and submission time. Campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, landing pages and the external referring domain may also be stored with the inquiry.
Analytics and advertising tracking
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and the Soku tracking SDK load automatically when you visit a public page. We use them to understand site use, measure completed inquiry submissions and evaluate advertising performance. Browser privacy settings, content blockers and platform controls may limit this measurement. Administrative pages are excluded from advertising and analytics tracking.
Security and abuse prevention
The site uses a hidden spam field, submission limits and, when configured, Cloudflare Turnstile. For rate limiting, an IP address may be processed briefly and converted with a secret key into a pseudonymous value; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry database. Cloudflare and Turnstile may process network and device information under their own terms.
How information is used
Information is used to assess fit, run conflict and administrative checks, respond, prepare a proposed scope, manage follow-up, measure advertising outcomes where permitted and maintain reasonable business records.
Sensitive material
Do not send complete unpublished inventions, passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or unrelated personal records through the initial inquiry.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting, security, analytics and transactional-email providers may process limited data for their stated functions. To send the requested acknowledgement, our transactional-email provider receives the customer's email address, name, submission language, requested service and inquiry reference; the full inquiry summary is excluded. Internal staff notifications continue to exclude the customer's email address and full inquiry summary. Matter information may otherwise be shared only with the appropriate group entity or professional needed to evaluate or perform the requested China IP service, subject to the agreed engagement and applicable duties.
If you choose to contact us through a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp and its affiliates may process your account, device and message-related information under their own privacy terms. Do not send sensitive unpublished technical material before conflict and confidentiality arrangements are complete.
Retention
Inquiry, security and attribution records are periodically reviewed and are deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed for response, conflict, engagement, fraud-prevention, service-provider or legal-record purposes. Matter records may be retained for the period required by the engagement and applicable duties; analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics property.

You may ask about access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting support@chinaippro.com. Browser, device and platform privacy controls may limit analytics or advertising measurement.
No engagement by inquiry
Submitting information does not by itself create an attorney-client or agency relationship. An engagement begins only under an accepted written agreement.
