Does the displayed price use an official-fee reduction?
No. This international website quotes foreign applicants on the standard non-reduced official-fee basis.
Are related designs possible?
Potentially. The current representative fee starts at $50 for each related design in the same eligible filing.
Does a design patent protect the brand name?
Not by itself. Trademark protects brand identifiers; copyright may be relevant to eligible packaging artwork or other separable creative expression, not the product's function.
